Project Description
A 600,000-square-foot office building with nine stories of Class A space. Over 500,000 square feet will be leased to McDonald’s for their new corporate headquarters. The facility will provide below-grade parking for approximately 300 vehicles. The structure is being built using top-down construction in which the underground work occurs concurrent with the vertical work allowing for a accelerated schedule.
